Introduction
I’m Lise van de Sande and I work at Archipel Academy, an IT platform for learning solutions. I’ve been working from Succeed for five years now.

Experience & atmosphere
Before coming here, Archipel Academy was located in a standalone office (De Boogert in Eindhoven). We were looking for a location with multiple offices and companies to make networking easier. That’s exactly what we found at Succeed.

The atmosphere here is very positive. The hospitality team plays a big role: they are warm, involved, and personal. It really makes you feel welcome.

Facilities
The facilities are excellent. There’s good coffee, always enough meeting rooms, and flexibility when it gets busier. Sometimes a meeting room is temporarily turned into office space, while elsewhere new rooms are made available. Downstairs, at La Bua restaurant, you can get delicious sandwiches. Accessibility and parking are also ideal: central in the city and easy to reach.

Results & impact
For us, Succeed means a flexible and worry-free workplace. It’s a great location for finding new employees, and thanks to the open atmosphere, there’s strong interaction between companies. The hospitality team contributes greatly: they always think along and provide a warm welcome.

Personal & unique
What appeals to me most is the mix of flexibility, central location, and personal contact.

LemonB

Introduction
I’m Sebastiaan van Alphen, owner of LemonB, where we develop AI apps such as TenderB. We’ve been based at Succeed for seven months now.

Experience & atmosphere
What attracted us to Succeed were the look, the location, and the concept. Everything is neatly taken care of here: from the front desk to the interior. The atmosphere and community are excellent. Fun events are regularly organized, and there is good contact with other tenants, which creates a pleasant working environment.

Facilities
The facilities are excellent and always well-kept. Meeting rooms are available, there’s a restaurant, good coffee, a kitchenette, and everything is kept clean. This provides a professional and representative environment.

Introduction
I’m Joey Nabben and I work in the sales team at Returnless. I’ve personally been at Succeed for a year now, but our company has been based here for a longer period.

Experience & atmosphere
Returnless originally chose Succeed because it allows you to easily scale up in a modular way. Our company has grown significantly in recent years, and Succeed has always made it possible to adapt alongside that growth.

For me personally, the atmosphere here feels great: friendly, approachable, and open. Colleagues and other entrepreneurs let each other work in peace, but there’s always room to help one another. That creates a strong community feeling.
